Architecture
We practice the traditional role of the Architect, which involves the generation of contextual Concept Design for varied project typologies with specific end user requirements. This includes, planning all internal and external spaces to modern design standards and expounds further into the articulation of all planned spaces to detailed elements that can be translated into physical infrastructure. +Interior Design
We take on design and build of interior spaces. By research and analysis of different materials, patterns, palettes, trends and precedents and using modern modeling softwares we are able to produce concepts that generate exciting new ideas. +Masterplanning & Feasibility Studies
We take on the initial phases of project ideation and conceptualization by providing general sizing of developments and creating workable areas and numbers that can be used for a business case development for a project type. Furthermore we take on larger scale planning for high density areas such as estates, local nodes, business hubs and quasi cities. +Project Management and Contract Administration
We further in the role of contract administrators by tracking the sequencing of project delivery by reviewing project schedules and programs set by contractors, inspecting quality on site and reviewing time implications of project execution. We also have taken the role of Project Managers on various sites being the eyes and ears of our clients. +Skills
Trained in Revit and BIM360, we are able to offer a full Building Information model. We also work with 2 dimensional Autocad software for finer detailing and customized elements and use various 3-D modelling tools to generate photorealistic building images for our clients. +
