The architecture of the coastal region draws influence from historic trade routes that brought Arabic, Indian and European influences to our midst while maintaining the traditional African expression.

This leaves the coastal area of Mombasa a very rich haven for Architectural expression. Msambweni villas seeks to evoke the Swahili aesthetic experience in all its glory. From the Wooden mashrabiya at the coloumns to the stone mashrabiya on the roof parapet walls. To add, the covered terrace archways, to the vidaka mouldings, the Zanzibari minimal light fixtures, to the shaded terraces and mangrove pole balustrades.

The project consists of three Villas with each Villa housing 3 ensuite bedrooms with a large Open Plan Living space overlooking the Indian Ocean.
